We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 working day from receipt of your order but please be aware that items can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to assure you that it has been placed and when your item/s will be dispatched to you. If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will let you know so that you can either cancel your order or wait slightly longer for it to arrive.

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
